The session was led by Ms. Mary Joyce Manalo, a Project Development Officer from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) – Tarlac, and focused on improving cybersecurity awareness and safeguarding digital identities. This event was organized by the Cybersecurity Bureau of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in Marinduque and took place on August 27, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM via Zoom. The main speaker for the session was Engr. Jose Carmelo B. Cuete, PECE.
