"Company Visit: T.W.T Group Inc."


Participating in the industry visit to T.W.T Group Inc. (Riot Staffing) on April 25, 2025, at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ) was a truly meaningful and enriching experience for us IT students. As part of our IT Seminars and Educational Trips course, the visit allowed us to observe firsthand how a real-world tech company operates, particularly in areas like software solutions, virtual machines, networking, and troubleshooting.


Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and Sir Leo, the session’s professional speaker, humbly introduced himself. He shared details about his role and guided us through the company’s operations, showcasing their innovative websites, software solutions, and ongoing projects. His clear explanations about virtual machines, networking, firewalls, and troubleshooting techniques helped us understand how these technologies are practically applied to support business success.


One of the most memorable parts of the visit was the Q&A session, where we had the chance to directly engage with Sir Leo. He offered valuable insights into tech careers, the tools and technologies they use, the company’s work culture, and the challenges faced within the IT industry. His honest and motivating advice highlighted the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and strong communication skills. By sharing his personal journey, he showed us that with determination, curiosity, and the right mindset, success in the tech field is achievable.


In summary, the visit to T.W.T Group Inc. was both inspiring and educational. It provided a clearer view of how classroom concepts are used in real-world settings. The experience strengthened my motivation to continuously improve my technical abilities, stay updated with emerging technologies, and maintain a humble, growth-driven attitude as I pursue my future career in IT.
